Chef Dominique Wins 2014 James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef Award

Congratulations, Chef Dominique on being named James Beard Award’s 2014 “Outstanding Pastry Chef”, representing the best of the best in the world of desserts. Not bad for a guy who came to the US eight years with nothing more than two suitcases. We are thrilled for you Chef! (And in true Dominique-fashion, he was here this morning, bright in early, opening the door for our guests.)
