Scallion Basil Blossoms out of the oven and ready for you at @papadamournyc this morning. A center of scallion and Thai basil pesto with pinenuts and a hint of sesame oil, surrounded by sesame seed-studded brioche and flaky laminated brioche petals. Peel apart to fluff up and aerate all those layers and textures (à la Taiwanese and Chinese scallion pancake street carts), and enjoy. Served warm daily here at 64 University.
