Storage

Do not refrigerate as the humidity from the refrigerator will cause the pastry to get soggy and loose its crispy exterior. Store in a cool, dry place and best eaten on the same day it is baked. This pastry has a short shelf-life and should not be consumed after 2 days of purchase.

Our signature item, the DKA (short for “Dominique’s Kouign Amann”) is a smaller version of the traditional Breton pastry, which is similar to a caramelized croissant. With a crunchy, caramelized crust on the outside and tender, flaky layers within.

The 4-piece gift box is the perfect sampler and especially recommended for out of town guests as DKA’s tend to sell out and so it always better to reserve your order.

Ingredients: Flour, sugar, unsalted butter, water, salt, fresh yeast
