Your items will be available for pick-up only on the specified date, they will not be kept for a pick up on a later date. Items must be ordered at least 2 days before date/time of pick up. If you need your items sooner, please try calling the store at 212.219.2773 as orders can sometimes be processed faster pending availability.

Storage

Please enjoy immediately, as our Cronut® Holes are made fresh that same morning and filled with jam and cream, so they are best enjoyed the same day of purchase when the layers are flaky and crisp. Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. DO NOT refrigerate, as the humidity from the fridge causes the layers to get dense and soggy. DO NOT reheat, as they are filled with cream and jam, and thus should not be heated.

The Cronut® is turning 13 years old this year! This May 2026, to celebrate a delicious 13 years of Chef Dominique’s iconic pastry creation, we’re following our tradition of bringing back some of our most popular flavors here in NYC – as voted on by you! – with our exclusive limited-edition 5pc Cronut® Holes.

Starting onFRIDAY, APRIL 10TH at 12pm ET, we’ll be releasing a limited number of Cronut® Hole boxes for pre-order pick-up from Fri. May 1st to Sun. May 3rd.

Passionfruit & Caramelia (April 2014)
filled with passionfruit curd and Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) ganache

Lemon & Graham Cracker (March 2023)
