This gorgeous tart transports us to a sunny tropical isle, with gooey dulce de leche with a hint of Maldon sea salt, coconut whipped ganache, lime crémeux, all framed in a vanilla sablé tart shell and fresh lime zest to finish.

About 8” sized cake, serves roughly 6-8 guests.
