Let’s jam: slicing open our Jam Jars at @papadamournyc to reveal that molten center. Inspired by the not-too-sweet dessert soups and fresh fruit desserts in Chinese specialty shops, each “jar” is made with a 3D printed mold and is entirely edible. From Mango Coconut Sago to Strawberry Basil Seed, Black Sesame with Coffee Jelly, Almond Lychee, and Chocolate Hazelnut Praliné (our version of a Ferrero Rocher), I can’t decide which one is my favorite.
