Konichiwa! We’re heading on a summer holiday with our Around The World pastry collection here at the Bakery, with pastries inspired by some of our favorite global travel destinations. And while we’re in Japan, we can’t get enough of fluffy Japanese Soufflé Pancakes! This double-stacker is actually made with silky and airy maple mousse, a center of caramelized bananas, crunchy and nutty pecan feuilletine, all topped with salted mascarpone cream “pats” of butter to finish.

Serves 6-8 guests.
