Ciao! We’re heading on a summer holiday with our Around The World pastry collection here at the Bakery, with pastries inspired by some of our favorite global travel destinations. Our journey to Italy brings us this gorgeous “Burrata” cake, made with creamy mascarpone mousse with a hint of fresh basil, homemade summer strawberry compote, and olive oil biscuit, finished with white chocolate “tomato” slices and “basil” leaves.
