We’re heading on a summer holiday with our Around The World pastry collection here at the Bakery, with pastries inspired by some of our favorite global travel destinations. Here’s our Hong Kong Lemon Tea Juice Box Cake, a nostalgic nod to childhood lemon tea juice boxes in Hong Kong (and one of our signature pastries at our Hong Kong sister shop, Dang Wen Li!). This “6-pack” is made with bergamot lemon curd, Earl Grey mousse, crispy white chocolate feuilletine, and soft almond biscuit.
