Bonjour! We’re heading on a summer holiday with our Around The World pastry collection here at the Bakery, with pastries inspired by some of our favorite global travel destinations. And no trip to France would be complete without cheese – in this case, a creamy and light French Brie Cheesecake, made with silky smooth brie mousse set atop a classic sablé Breton (salted butter cookie) base.

Approx 8″ cake, serves 6-8 guests.
