We love this classic French dessert, made with whole caramelized autumn orchard apples and warm cinnamon spice on a buttery Sablé Breton base with a hint of sea salt and finished with cremè fraîche.  It’s our very own take on your all-American apple pie!

(Each tart is 8-inches and serves 6-8 persons.)
